Doug Bergman separated his philosophy that illuminated from the beginning of his real estate career when he knew the most important value he could ever give to his clients was respect, passion, quality, and undying professionalism that originated from years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Construction Industry.
Doug’s early success began when his love for real estate stemmed from his degree in Commercial Design and Real Estate Development while heading some lead projects for The Bergman Companies (TBC), a Design/ Development / Architecture / Construction Firm based in Southern California. He quickly specialized in land acquisitions, site selections, market analysis, project feasibility studies, financial analysis and asset management. He and a selected group of key professionals, brokers and agents soon formed “The Mission Real Estate Group”. Throughout the years spent at TBC, the advancements and capabilities he obtained working on the field and in the office paid off. Doug had built reputable relationships with developers, brokers, project managers, engineers, architects, agents, and community officials.
He is an active member and mentor of several affiliations.
He is an active member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), AIA (American Institute of Architects), Green Building Council, BIA (Building Industry Association) and the Urban Land Institute.
Doug feels it is imperative to give back to the community where his dream of real estate originated. He participates annually in Fred Jordan Missions Christmas, Easter and Back to School Events which feeds over 2,000 Los Angeles underprivileged Skid Row women and their children hot meals on the streets and provides clothes. Doug also continues to be an active member of his several religious affiliations / charitable organizations throughout Southern California through Inland Hills Church and Calvary Chapel.
By combining an aggressive drive to succeed and provide for his top clients, he takes into consideration their goals and expectations every time by satisfying their needs in today’s market, Doug Bergman has gained the trust and respect of his clients which include non- profit organizations, public sector, private sector, and celebrity clientele.
